Terms of payment

As this is pure redending of services our invoices are due immediately after receiving and without allowing for discount.

As common practice in the service sector in Germany we charge 25% of the costs of the activity as advance payment before starting the activities. Thereafter the activities of the current calendar week will be invoiced the following week. The advance payment will be balanced at the end of the activity.

For activities with a duration of more than 3 months 25% of the costs for 3 months will be invoiced as advance payment.

Value added tax is not included in the costs mentioned above, but will be additional.

Our offers are without obligation. Until complete payment the goods remain our property.

Place of juristdiction is Munich. Changes of the agreements and conditions need written confirmation by COMBERA.
