Leasing sales force personnel
Saturday seminars
On Saturdays both regional and centrally located seminars are held in accordance with the assignments of the sales force. The training topics focus on those distribution channels, in which a leasing sales force is mainly active, e.g.
• grocery stores
• convenience stores (petrol station shops, kiosks)
• gastronomy
• specialized trade
and also includes communication skills and sales
techniques.
Fieldcoaching
Apart from the training program field coaching is offered by an assigned trainer. District and area managers assign the field coach to “trainings on the
job” to optimize sales success. |
