The COMBERA Rent a Sales Force has an ample pool of field salespeople who can be deployed nationally, regionally and locally.

Personnel Selection/Casting

COMBERA works with a proprietary, continually updated personnel database which contains information on specialised channel and industry knowledge together with additional training and qualifications, as well as address and personal data (age, height, education, photo, etc.). The data can be selected as required and is supplemented with the personal appraisals of the area managers and employee rankings from other campaigns for the selection of personnel for each role. Depending on the customer and requirements (for example, creation of a long-term team), passive and active castings, if required, can be held with the customer at the customer’s expense.

Training quality

The training of the field sales staff used by COMBERA is based on two elements:
- Provision of in-house sales rep-based organisational and sales training by the COMBERA Sales Academy.
  Training elements include Saturday seminars and proprietary field coaching.
- Task-/campaign-based kick-off meetings at which training is provided on product-, trade- and channel-specific   circumstances and actual order processing in conjunction with the customer.
