Reporting variants

Depending on the customer and the requirements, different reporting tools are used and their messages are adapted for each customer. COMBERA usually works with its own commercial database which is kept up to date by the constant activity of the field sales staff.

In addition to increased throughput efficiency by avoiding failed appointments, this creates the basis for evaluating campaign results by sales line, sales type, account, area, region, and so on.

If necessary, additional information can also be collected in the outlets.
Depending on the volume (both the visit count and the data for evaluation), the following techniques are applied:

• Manual input by data typists, e.g. one-off coupon campaign, orders and daily reports
• Use of document reader with custom software for district manager teams and standard software for extensive
  sales promotions
• Use of Palmtops from 6,000 visits with additional data collection
• Hardware and software of the customer, e.g. BL usage, use of MDE devices, laptops, and so on.
