Measures for Achievement of Objectives
Objectives:
The objectives (visits, decision-makers, orders etc.) are established together with the customer. If COMBERA is working with a customer of an industry for the first time, the objectives are reviewed in advance in a test. The test does not incur any separate costs, the test days reduce the campaign days.
The results achieved in the test then apply to the team.
Staff selection:
Selection of personnel based on requirements and objectives.
Kick-Off meeting:
Campaign-based training of field sales representative.
Supervision and control by the COMBERA management team:
Cooperation/training on the job, control visits by the COMBERA area managers or project managers/team leaders in the field (campaign-dependent).
Daily reporting:
Short-term intervention if objectives are not attained.
Replacement of field sales representative where necessary:
If a field sales representative does not achieve the objectives laid out, a joint examination is carried out to determine whether this is down to the person or the area. If it is down to the salesperson, he or she will be replaced at COMBERA’s expense. |
